If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of any Ellora product, contact us at info@myellora.com within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a refund. No return is required in most cases.
Important Notes:
Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.
Limited to one refund per product type per customer.
A $4 restocking fee is deducted from all approved refunds.
Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
Refunds for Recurring Subscription Orders
Subscription (autoship) orders are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds for subscription orders are available under the following conditions:
Items must be unopened and unused.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A $4 restocking fee applies.
To request a refund, email info@myellora.com with your order details. Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fee: A $4 restocking fee may apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@myellora.com. No return is required and a replacement will be sent at no cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product in accordance with our refund policy. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, email info@myellora.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address if applicable. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Holiday Delivery Notice
Due to high seasonal demand, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after December 1st. Please order early to avoid delays.
